Wanting to do it all and succeeding aren't the same, but...
dak doesn't try much that he doesn't excel at. He trophied his 2nd night ever racing at the BMX track, actually stood and rode a wave in his 1st time on a surfboard and rides a 50cc dirtbike whenever he can squeeze in the time!
In addition to his passion for action sports, Dak LOVES music. At 2 years old, he slept with his guitar. And overnight, it seems, he went from singing along with The Wiggles to playing Metallica on drums. In typical Dakota fashion, he just has a knack for it. His interests run the gamut from classic rock to metal to adult alternative.

What have you been working on at the skatepark? Any new tricks?
I started ollieing the stairs and next I'm gonna drop in the deep end of the big bowl. It's steep and I'm kind of scared.
Do you like school? No!
(laugh) Ok, well, let me put it this way-do you do well in school? Yeah. I make honor roll. I want to be home schooled so I can finish faster and play more.
